Food & beverage A full English cooked breakfast is normally served but alternatives are also offered. Special dietary requirements will be catered for wherever possible. Area information The historic city centre of York houses a number of important sites, including: York Minster, the largest Gothic cathedral in northern Europe; the Jorvik Viking Centre; the Shambles, a narrow Medieval shopping street; and numerous museums, including the National Railway Museum. Quick description The family-run guesthouse is 0.75 miles from York Rail Station and the city centre. It offers great-value rooms with full English breakfasts and Alaskan waffles. A continental breakfast is also available, which consists of juice, milk, crumpets, yogurt, cereal, toast, coffee and tea.
