Check-in times are between 14.00 and 17.00 at the hotel's office. Alternative arrangement can be made at an extra charge. Any guests who wish to check in after 17.00 will be subject to a late check in fee.
The hotel office is situated in Hudson Gardens, and all keys must be collected from here, and returned here upon checking out.

The hotel reserves the right to request an ID and preauthorise £250 on a debit or credit card on arrival for security reasons. Secure underground parking can be provided at an additional cost of £15 per night. Check in after 5 pm is a subject to a late check in fee.
