Hot-el-apartments may pre-authorise cards for up to GBP100 per apartment booked. If using a visa electron card, a pre-authorisation will be required at check-in.
The total for the booking is due at reception at the time of check-in. For Advance Purchase bookings the total will be taken at the time of booking. At check-in, a valid driver’s license or passport will be required to be shown from the person who is the lead guest on the booking.
Reception is on the ground floor in the Waterfront Cafe. This is where you check in and pick up your keys. Late check-in is available with an on-call service via the main office number (option 3) after 20:00.
Extra beds requested are sofa beds.
