From Edinburgh Airport:
Take the Airline Bus (number 100) to the city centre (Waverley Bridge). Walk up to Princes Street and take a number 44 bus. Get off at Bailie Place (Portobello Park). Aynetree Guest House is on the other side of the road.

With free private parking, the Aynetree Guest House is on a main bus route, with excellent direct access to Edinburgh city centre.
Overlooking parkland east of the city centre, this Victorian house is well located for Arthur's Seat and the Palace of Holyrood. It has free Wi-Fi and a pretty garden.
The windows at Aynetree Guest House have been recently renovated. Some rooms enjoy views towards Arthur's Seat, and others look towards the Firth of Forth.
There is a 9-hole golf course across the road and 4 18-hole golf courses nearby. The friendly, helpful owners can provide plenty of local information. Important information
