There is a relaxing sea-facing lounge bar (open 24 hours a day) where you can sit and take in the views of Brighton’s spectacular seafront and pier.
The guest house also has a separate night club open Friday and Saturday nights, playing a mixture of Motown, soul, jazzy grooves, funk and old skool Breaks! The club has a great reputation and is well known for its lack of pretension and friendly crowd. Room information

Area information
Just a stone's throw from the city centre and a pebble or so from the beach, the hotel overlooks the sea and the famous Brighton Pier. The Royal Pavilion and Brighton's 17th century lanes, as well as many theatres and restaurants are just a short distance away. Travel information
By Road:
- From the M23/A23 follow the signs for the seafront.
- Keep going until you see the Brighton Pier in front of you, turn left at the roundabout and you will find the hotel about 300 meters on your left hand side.
By Rail:
- From Brighton train station head straight down Queen's Road to the seafront.
- At the seafront turn left into Kings Road. On the right you will see the Brighton Pier.
- At the roundabout take the second exit (A259) into Marine Parade and the New Madeira Hotel is about 200 metres on your the left hand side (walking time is approximately 20-30 minutes).

The New Madeira occupies a sensational position on Brighton seafront with a magnificent view of the sea, Brighton Wheel and the famous Palace Pier. An ideal guest house for that leisure break, business meeting or conference event.
