Travel information
By Car:
- Take the A23.
- Exit following the signs towards Brighton town centre.
- Upon reaching the roundabout by The Brighton Pier, take the third exit heading west along the seafront on the Kings Road.
- Directly opposite The West Pier is Regency Square. The Artist Residence is situated at the top of the square with a purple door. The square is well sign posted from the seafront - please follow signs for NCP car park.

In the centre of Brighton, facing the iconic West Pier, this unique boutique-style guest house boasts individually decorated rooms with free Wi-Fi and quirky original artwork.
This urban art hotel is housed in a Grade II Listed town house in Brighton's famous Regency Square. Artist Residence has regular gallery events, showcasing some of Brighton's most talented local artists.
Each bedroom at Artist Residence is designed by a different artist, and some rooms have stunning views across the coast. Eclectic rooms have a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer and tea/coffee making facilities.
Artist Residence is 2 minutes’ walk from Brighton Beach, and 10 minutes walk to the North Laine’s shops and Brighton's vibrant night life. Important information
