Area information
The hotel is ideally located in the centre of Bournemouth, about 500 metres away from Bournemouth Pier, the Pavilion Theatre, Oceanarium, Winter Gardens, Russell Coates Museum and the Bournemouth International Centre.
Further away is Compton Acres (3 miles), Poole (6 miles) and the New Forest (10 miles). Travel information
By Car (from the A338):
- Turn off the A338 on St. Paul's Road.
- Follow the road straight on through the 1st roundabout and continue straight through the 2nd roundabout into Gervis Road.
- The hotel is situated about half way along the left hand side, just past the next roundabout.
By Rail:
- London Waterloo to Bournemouth takes approximately 1 hour and 50 minutes.
By Plane:
- London Heathrow is approximately 95 miles away; just under a 2 hour drive.
- London Gatwick is approximately 110 miles away; just under a 3 hour drive.
- Bournemouth International Airport is 6 miles away and is 10 minutes by car or bus route 747 from Bournemouth coach and train station.
By Ferry:
- The hotel is just 7 miles from Poole Ferry Terminal connecting to the islands of Guernsey and Jersey. There are also direct fast ferries connecting to St. Malo and Cherbourg. Quick description

The majority of rooms are accessible by the lift & we have a ground floor room which is suitable for wheelchair users.
