Very private complex of mainly south facing apartments and its own tropical gardens.
Spacious terraces are set amongst the wild oak and cork trees. Shopping centres, restaurants, taxis and buses are within walking distance and the Santa Maria Golf and Country Club is literally on the doorstep.
Just 15 minute walks away are some of the best beaches in Marbella and the famous Don Carlos Beach Club.
A low-density development consisting of only 4 floors, this project has communal swimming pools, fantastic gardens, gazebos and 24-hour security.

Directions from Malaga airport:
-Exit the airport following the signs to Torremolinos and Cádiz.
-Once you have joined the main road look for the blue motorway signs marked Algeciras and Cádiz.
-Stay on the motorway (N-340), being careful not to filter onto the toll road on the left just before Fuengirola, 14 Km.
-After Fuengirola you will see the exit marked Elviria, at km point 192 exit here and follow the signs to the Elviria Rentals - Santa Maria Golf Suites.

Important information
Check in and key collection takes place at the reception of the Jardines de las Golondrinas, Monday to Friday, 09.00 to 16.30. Outside of these hours, guests must collect keys from the Hotel Don Carlos within the property complex.
