Under no circumstances shall All Seasons Rent Apartments repay the 25% prepayment if the booking is cancelled, as this acts as the cancellation charge. If the full rental price is paid in advance, 50% will be repaid if cancellation is made at least 30 days before the check-in date. No reimbursement will be made otherwise, including in cases of force majeure. Cleaning fee: €30/Check-in: 3pm to 8pm, possible until 2am with additional €30 charge/Deposit: €200-returned if no damage
