Take a stroll to some of Madrid's major monuments from this apartment. From here you can easily get to the Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor and the Reina Sofia Museum on foot. Alternatively, you can simply explore the lively neighbourhood of La Latina. This apartment provides a tranquil and private atmosphere, which will help you to relax at the end of a long day’s sightseeing in the city.
The apartment is well-equipped, including a TV, DVD player and free Wi-Fi internet access. It also boasts plenty of natural light as it is an exterior apartment with large windows.
Important information
Guests should indicate their anticipated time of arrival when booking, in order to arrange the delivery of keys for the apartments.
Guests arriving after 22:00 incur an additional fee of EUR 30.
Guests must contact a member of staff should they expect to arrive more than 30 minutes late.
Departure time is before 12:00. If guests leave after this time, they must leave the keys on the table, turn off all electrical appliances and securely close the door.
A cash deposit must be paid upon arrival of EUR 200. This will be returned upon the condition of the apartment being left in a suitable condition and checked by a member of staff.
Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
The cleaning service carries an extra charge.
