The apartments have one double room, a lounge with sofa bed for 2 people, an American style kitchen equipped to cater for 4 people, a complete bathroom and a magnificent terrace. You must request the use of the safe and it carries an additional fee. A weekly change of bed linen and towels are included in the price. Travel information
The keys of the apartment must be collected at the office located at the Folies Vacances avenue Atmella Mar 20, Local 7.
If you arrive outside our office hours, the keys will be handed out at the reception of a hotel near Folies Vacances.
To collect the keys the full amount of rent and the security deposit have to be paid in advance. Quick description
These apartments are situated in the Rincón de Loix area, only 800 metres from Playa de Levante and near all the major shops and services.
The apartments are spacious and homely and have one bedroom, but are designed to sleep up to 4 people. All apartments are exterior facing and have magnificent terraces. Relax in the complex's swimming pool at the end of a long day on the beach or at Terra Mítica theme park. Important information
When you enter the apartments you must put down a deposit of EUR 100. This deposit acts as cover against any damage. The deposit is returnable on the day of departure, once all has been checked and confirmed as being in order.
