For reservations of 7 nights or more, prepayment of the total amount is required and is non-refundable. Once the reservation is made, the hotel will charge the amount to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation.
If the guest who is staying at the hotel is not the person who made the reservation, or if prepayment is made with a company card, the cardholder must send the hotel a letter authorizing the quantity to charge for the reservation. This must be accompanied by a copy of the credit card and a copy of an identification document.
