In the house: central heating. Parking by the house. Grocers 2 km, restaurant, bus stop 3 km, railway station "Ventimiglia" 6 km. Sandy beach 4 km, rocky beach 3 km. Please note: car essential. The owner lives in the same grounds. Not far from the Riviera dei Fiori and the Cote d' Azur.
