The reception is open 24 hours a day and the staff is at your disposal for any information you may need: maps, tourist information, rent-a-car/scooter/boat service, excursions to Capri, Pompei, Vesuvio, Ercolano, Naples and Ravello. Here you can also ask for fax and baby sitting service. The bar is open during the day for a soft drink or a cocktail and appetizers.
