For shared use: grounds 3000 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden plants and flowers, outside shower. Private: table tennis, terrace (60 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: sun terrace, washing machine (for shared use). Parking, in the grounds. Grocers, supermarket 5 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 50 m, railway station "Palermo" 11 km. Sandy beach 15 km. Please note: car essential. The owner lives in the same residence. The house is 250 m above sea level and has a beautiful panoramic view of the gulf, the city Palermo and the "Conca d'oro". The grounds of the house has fruit and olive trees.

To the south and west of town, there are numerous fruit tree plantations 'Conca d'Oro'. In the hinterland, there is a vaste mountain circle surrounding the town.
