The hotel doesn't have a reception. You must contact the hotel 3 days prior to arrival to arrange the handing over of the keys. Payment is due in full upon arrival.

Bed sheets and towels are provided by the hotel. Please note that a final cleaning charge of EUR 30 is payable at the apartments.
Guests arriving after 23:00 must pay a surcharge of EUR 10.
