There are two meal formulas - a 3 course meal and a tasting menu all of which can be devoured in the cool breeze of the panoramic terrace with views over the village of Saint Paul de Vence, the sea and the valley. The terrace is a particular point of pride for Alain who has filled it with brass lantern and stones from the local cathedral square.
