How to get to Nice
By car:
Either by taking the national road number 7 which connects Paris to St. Paul de Vence or others roads, such as the mystic national road number 85, more known as the “Route Napoléon” via Grasse, Digne or Gap, or the motorway A8 with its different exits from the Western to Eastern side of the town: St. Isidore, Nice Nord and Ariane. For the city-centre take the exit Nice Nord.
By train:
The auto/moto train is very convenient with a departure from Paris (Gare de Bercy) or Bordeaux, Lille, Nantes, Strasburg and Lille. 15 high speed trains (TGV) connect Paris to Nice everyday, either direct lines or changes in Marseille- Saint Charles or Toulon. The trip takes 4h40. There are 5 TDV with departure from Lyon every day, the trip lasts 7h30. Night trains are leaving from Bordeaux, Metz, Strassburg or Lille. By plane:
The Air France shuttle: departure from Orly Ouest – 12 flights a day
Departure from Roissy – 17 flights a day
Easy jet: 3 flights Nice - Roissy and 4 flights from Orly Ouest every day.
