- Exit at Parc du Millénaire. Quick description Ideally situated just 5 minutes away from the centre of Montpellier, the hotel was renovated in 2011 following a concept by designer Patrick Jouin. The chef Pierre Gagnaire conceived the restaurant’s menu.
