This residence is set in a tree-lined garden in the quiet residential area of Croix des Gardes. It offers 2 outdoor swimming pools with paddling pool, a restaurant and a mini-market.
Apartments are equipped with a TV and a fully equipped kitchenette. All rooms have a seating area and a private bathroom. Wi-Fi access is available.
Guests of the Cannes Villa Francia can use the tennis court, table tennis and a games room with numerous activities on offer. There is also a playground for children.
The residence also has a bar and restaurant opening out onto the terrace, which offers panoramic views of the sea.

Reception opening hours from 31/03/2012 to 11/11/2012:
Sunday to Friday: 08:00 to 21:00.
Saturday: 07:00 to 22:00.
Every day during the Cannes Film Festival, 24 hours a day.
Open in July and August: 24 hours a day.
Prices include bed linen, towels, 2 tea towels and a cleaning kit, TV, final cleaning (except for kitchen area and dishes). For stays of 2 nights minimum, the beds are made upon arrival.
For stays of 2 to 6 nights, check-in is available from 14:00 and check-out is until 12:00.

Please note that the swimming pools are unheated and not supervised. They are open from April to September.
A baby kit, suitable for children under 2 years weighing less than 15 kg, is available in the apartment. The kit includes: 1 cot with 1 bed sheet, 1 high chair for infants from 6 months old, 1 changing mat and bathtub, 1 pushchair.
