How to get to Cannes
By plane:
Cannes is about half an hour’s drive (via motorway) from the International Airport Nice Cote d’Azur, which is the second airport in France and the third for the Italians.
Shuttles buses from the company Rapid Côte d’Azur (RCA) connect the Airport to Cannes. For leaving Cannes, take a RCA car at one of the two bus stations.
Shuttle buses Cannes – Nice Airport: 7 am, 8 am and then, every 30 min until 6 pm, last shuttle at 7 pm.
Shuttle busses Nice Airport – Cannes: 8 am, 9am, then every 30 min until 7pm, last shuttle bus at 8 pm.

By road:
Cannes is about 33 km from Nice, 50 km from Monaco, 149 km from Aix en Provence and 898 km from Paris away. The town is connected with the motorway Estérel which continues until Italy on the East side and direction Toulon or Aix en Provence , Montpellier, Lyon et Paris on the West side. To find the itinerary to Cannes; use the following maps: Michelin n°84 pli 9, n°115 plis 38 and 39 and n°245 pli 37, exit Cannes coming from Aix or Mougins coming from Nice.
There are two bus stations in Cannes, next to the train station and to the town hall (departure to Grasse, Mougins, Mouans Sartoux and Nice). Travel information: Phone 00 33 825 825 599.

By train: The train station is in the real city centre only a few hundreds of meters away from the Convention Centre and the Croisette (phone +33 892 353 535). www.sncf.fr All international trains and the high speed train (TGV), as well as most of the Corail and local trains (TER) stop at the gare of Cannes.
By ship: The port of Cannes is very active. There are fisher boats, luxury yachts, commercial vessels and cruiseships. On the East side on the Albert Edouard quay, the maritime station with the departure for the boats going to the Lérins Islands. The connections to Nice, Cannes and Saint Tropez are made with high speed hydro-cruiser. Departure from the port of Cannes every day from 9.30 am to 4.45 pm. Rates: Cannes – Saint Tropez: one way ticket : € 60, round ticket: €80. You can also take he Marinelo shuttle boats which connect the bay of Cannes and the Gulf of la Napoule.
