Access: motorway A9, exit number 26 "Gallargues" 21 km from Aigues Mortes. Railway station in the resort. 13th century murals, very well conserved, surround the town. Panoramic magnificent view from the fortress tower over the Camargue lagoons. Small harbour. Horse-drawn rides into the Camargue. For arrivals by plane: airport Montpellier (MPL) 24 km, Nîmes (FNI) 49 km.
