Electric heating to be paid for on site according to use from 1 Oct to 30 April.
Old house "La Rouhanne", built in 1800, renovated in 1995, outside the resort, in a secluded position. Private: grounds 1000 m2 (fenced). Parking by the house. Shop 7 km, grocers 5 km, supermarket 12 km, restaurant 20 km. Swimming pool 20 km, tennis 5 km. Please note: car essential.

To visit: the church, the Bacchus garden revolving around a collection of culinary, medicinal plants, 7 km Epineul Le Fleuriel, Grand Meaulnes village. Region rich in historic monuments. For arrivals by plane: airport Orly (ory) 323 km.
