Estate, outside the resort, 1 km from the river. Private: grounds 8 ha, swimming pool heated (55 m2 depth 140 cm, 01.05.-30.09.). In the house: central heating. Parking in the grounds. Shop 5 km, grocers 5 km, restaurant 5 km, tennis 6 km, golf course 30 km. Please note: car essential.
