Hotel information
The house was built at the end of the 19th century, probably by the famous Prague architect Ignatz Ullmann, and has been fully refurbished between 2001 and 2003. Hotel Residence Tabor is an annexe to the Golden City Hotel on the other side of Taboritska street. The reception and breakfast room are located in the Golden City Hotel.

Breakfast is served in the Golden City hotel across the street. Enjoy the delicious buffet in the recently refurbished breakfast room each morning between 07:30 and 10:30. Area information
Hotel Residence Tabor is situated in a historical part of Prague. Please note that new paid parking zones have been introduced in this part of Prague. More info about parking can be found in the "important information" section. Travel information
Public transport:
- Red Metro line C to station Hlavni Nadrazi or
- Green Metro line A to station Flora.
- From both stations take tram number 5 for 2 stops to the Lipanska stop, which is right in front of the hotel. You can also walk, which will take you about 8 minutes.
Trams number 5, 9 and 26 stop close to the hotel. After midnight you can take trams number 55 or 58.
From the international bus station Florenc:
- Tram number 5 for 3 stops to Lipanska
From the airport:
- Bus no. 119 to the metro stop Dejvicka.

Residence Tabor is situated in the upcoming quarter of Zizkov, offering quick and easy connections to all monuments and nicely furnished and reasonably priced rooms.
Famous Wenceslas Square is accessible within a 15-minute walk or a short ride (4 stops) on tram number 9. The tram stop Lipanska is right in front of the hotel. 2 minutes' walk away is an indoor swimming pool and 2 tram stops from the hotel there is the Flora shopping centre and Cinema City. The house was built at the end of the 19th century and has recently been fully refurbished. Residence Tabor is equipped with an electronic fire alarm system, a video surveillance system and a chip system for check-in and check-out.
The hotel offers currency exchange services, tickets for public transport and an airport pick-up service upon prior arrangement and at an additional cost. Important information
Please note that check-in takes place at Hotel Golden City (Taboritska 3). Located just 10 metres across the street, Golden City has a 24-hour reception.
You can park in our secure garage, situated in the Residence Tabor and is also used by the Golden City hotel. There is no place for cars higher than 185 cm and for cars running on LPG.
- You can park your car as of your check-in time (from 14:00)
- You have to leave the garage upon check-out (until 10:00)
- Due to fire regulations you have to leave your car key at the reception (also for necessary manipulation with your car).
- Accessories must be taken off upon the receptionist's request
- Payment for parking is due upon arrival.
