All flats have a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing stand and a kitchenette with fridge and microwave The flats are equipped with lots of things e.g. TV, stereo, seats, dining table, 1 or 2 beds, iron and ironing board, wake-up radio, hairdryer, coffeemaker, lamps, dressboy. and of course : all kitchen utensils, bedlinnen, towels and sheets are also available.

Leuven is one of the nicest old cities of Belgium with one of the oldest universities of Europe. The hotel is in a quiet street at the centre of the city, on walking distance of city-hall, shops, restaurants, bars and museums.

Comfortable and homely furnished flats ideally located in the centre of Leuven. Situated in a renovated factory, each flat is fully equipped with all modern conveniences. The 106 flats each have: a fully fitted kitchen and bathroom, living area with TV and in most, a seperate sleeping area.

Important information
Guests are kindly requested to note that check in is possible from: 16:00 until 20:00 from Monday to Friday 12:00 until 17:00 on Saturdays 12:00 until 16:00 on Sundays. On Sundays check in is only possible if guests contact the hotel to arrange this before arrival. Please note that the parking garage in only accessible for cars up to 2.05 metres.
