The reception is located at Condo Gardens Leuven at the address Dekenstraat 87 – 3000 in Leuven. Keys need to be picked up at this reception. Guests are kindly requested to note that check in is possible from: 16:00 until 20:00 from Monday to Friday; 12:00 until 17:00 on Saturdays; 12:00 until 16:00 on Sundays. On Sundays check in is only possible if guests contact the hotel to arrange this before arrival.
